Every year the parents of Jesus went to Jerusalem for the Passover Festival.

When Jesus was twelve years old, they went to the festival as usual.

When the festival was over, they started back home, but the boy Jesus stayed in Jerusalem. His parents did not know this.

Jesus doesn't appear on the Bible from 12 years old to 30 years old.

"How can this be" asked Nicodemus.

Jesus answered. "You are a great teacher in Israel, and you don't know this?

I am telling you the truth: we speak of what we know and report what we have seen, yet none of you is willing to accept our message.

You do not believe me when I tell you about the things of this word; how will you ever believe me, then, when I tell you about the things of heaven?

And no one has ever gone up to heaven except the son of Man, who came down from heaven"

As Moses lifted up the bronze snake on a pole in the desert, in the same way the Son of Man must be lifted up,

so that everyone who believes in him may have eternal life.

For God loved the world so much that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not die but have eternal life.

For god did not sent his Son into the world to be its savior.

Whoever believes in the Son is not judged; but whoever does not believe has already been judged, because he has not believed in God's only Son.

This is how the judgment works: the light has come into the world, but people love the darkness rather than the light, because their deeds are evil.

Anyone who does evil things hates the light and will not come to the light, because he dose not want his evil deeds to be shown up.

But whoever does what is true comes to the light in order that the light may show that he did was in obedience to God.

This was how the birth of Jesus Christ took place. His mother Mary was engaged to Joseph, but before they were married, she found out that she was going to have a baby by the Holy Spirit.

　At that time Emperor Augustus ordered a census to be taken throughout the Roman Empire.

　When this first census took place, Quirkiness was the governor of Syria.

　Joseph went from the town of Nazareth in Galilee to the town of Bethlehem in Judea, the birthplace of King David. Joseph went there because he was a descendant of David.

　He went to register with Mary, who was promised in marriage to him. She was pregnant. and while they were in Bethlehem, the time came former to have baby.

　She gave birth to her first son, wrapped him in cloths and laid him in a manger there was no room for them to stay in the inn.

外務省：同総領事館に伝え、同総領事館から次の通り回答を得ま
した。

まず、日本語の対応が出来ないということをご指摘頂いておりますが、領事窓口、特に、日本人窓口には窓口・電話業務を行うに当たって問題ない高い日本語能力を有した中国人現地職員が配置されているとのことです。

次に、日本語の話せる人に替わってくださいとお願いしても電話を一方的に切られるとの点につきましても、領事班に寄せられた電話はもとより、領事窓口におきましても、先方から日本人に代わって欲しいとの要望があった場合、すぐに日本人担当官に連絡　（　電話を転送　）　する体制をとっているとのことです。

さらに、現地職員の電話・窓口対応マナー向上の為にマナー研修を実施するなど、同総領事館におきましては、領事窓口サービスの向上に努めているとのことです。

他方、今回ご指摘のありました点を踏まえ、同総領事館に対しては、一層の領事サービスの改善・向上に努めるよう指導するとともに、外務省としても、在外公館の領事サービスの強化に取り組んでいく所存ですので、ご理解とご協力をお願い致します。
